The purpose of the Eastern Connecticut Transportation Consortium, Inc (ECTC) is to promote the coordination of paratransit services in eastern Connecticut in order to achieve a high level of efficiency in the use of public and private funds.
ECTC acts as both a broker and operator of paratransit services for persons of low-income, the elderly, physically and mentally challenged, and others who receive health, social, educational and assistance services from public and private non-profit agencies. |
