Our mission is to promote the coordination and consolidation of paratransit services for persons of low-income, elderly and disabled individuals in eastern Connecticut.

The purpose of the Eastern Connecticut Transportation Consortium, Inc (ECTC) is to promote the coordination of transit services in eastern Connecticut in order to achieve a high level of efficiency in the use of public and private funds.

ECTC acts as both a broker and operator of transportation services for persons of low-income, the elderly, persons with disabilities, and others who receive health, social, educational and assistance services from public and private non-profit agencies.
