This service is provided under contract with Southeast Area Transit (SEAT).
It is available to the general public and provides curb-to-curb transportation for the towns of Groton, Stonington, Mystic and Pawcatuck. It can also be used as a link to the SEAT fixed-route system that travels beyond these towns.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE:
You may book a rides by calling (860)439-0062 from 8:30am 4:00pm weekdays.
You may request transportation up to 14 days in advance, but no less than 24 hours before your appointment.
When calling, give the dispatcher (a) their name (b) pickup address (c) picked up time (d) destination address. Also, please be sure to tell the dispatcher if they will be traveling using a mobility aid.
Your trip requests are not restricted. However, the service is only available in Groton and Stonington (which includes Mystic & Pawcatuck).
We may require a change in pick-up time to facilitate scheduling.
When boarding the vehicle, please deposit the exact fare.
Fares for using the service are as follows:
Passengers are required to be ready at their scheduled pick-up time. Drivers will wait 5 minutes and if you are not available for pick-up, they will be considered a no show.
Each passenger will be responsible to get themselves to the vehicle on time.
If you need to cancel a trip for any reason, please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Anything less than the 2 hours will be considered a no show.
If there are any changes in service, you will be notified as soon as possible.
**Service operates Monday-Friday between 7:30am-4:30pm. No service is provided on the following holidays: President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
